Summer Sizzle

Warrior Bowl

Are you sizzling from all this Summer heat? That's great!

For many of us the sizzle of Summer means 3 things: Patio! Beach! Vacation!

Just don't forget to get in your workout before you hit the beach or patio! We all love to socialize and have a couple cocktails, so ensure you can do so guilt free and with confidence. Don't feel like working out during the hot hours of the day? Or maybe you have plans for the evening? Train in the morning or come in during your lunch hour for open time!

Exercise has been proven to increase mental focus and acuity for up to ten hours post workout. Working out in the morning means that your brain and your body are in shape for the rest of the day! If you're aiming to lose weight, working out in the morning is one of the best times to train since it results in fewer cravings throughout the day, plus your body will burn calories faster and more efficiently throughout the day. Another great benefit of working out in the morning are the production of those lovely endorphins that we all love, as they will improve your mood and energy levels and their effect can last well into the afternoon!

Make sure you're still getting in that 1 hour per day. Just 1 hour per day willhelp you to gain muscle tone, strength, and stamina. Plus, it will help you feel better emotionally.1 hour per day can have an amazingly positive impact in how you carry yourself, your self esteem, and self image. Basically, that 1 hour per day will make you sizzle! On the inside as well as the outside!

Gibson Health Tip: Just finished your morning workout? Try our Warrior Bowl! It's rich with nutrition from oatmeal, bananas, walnuts, honey, and bee pollen. Bee pollen is made by honeybees and is one of nature's most completely nourishing foods since it contains nearly all of the nutrients required by humans. Bee pollen is rich in proteins (approximately 40%), free amino acids, vitamins (including B-complex), and folic acid. Bee pollen is richer in proteins than any animal source. It contains more amino acids that beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight. About half of its protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body. Super cool fact: 1 teaspoon of bee pollen takes 1 bee working 8 hours a day for 1 month to gather! Here are 6 reasons to include Bee Pollen in your daily diet: 1. It's a natural energy enhancer 2.
