Summer's here! You know what that means right? It's time to train harder and push yourself!

We all want to look great during the summer and enjoy patio season, so it's important to make sure you're training consistently. Challenge yourself during your workouts by giving yourself mini goals. Squat deeper, jump higher, or punch harder, and make your movements explosive! If you can do 10 sprawls in 1 minute, aim to do 15. Running to Rocky Point Pier and back? Try to beat your best time. Or, ask us about personal training sessions. Make sure to tell us your goals. We want to support you and celebrate your achievements!

The 2x/Day Challenge is going strong! We're proud of all of the Gibson Soldiers that are participating. The challenge board in the Personal Training area is shining with all of the stars on it. We're in the last week of the challenge now so try to come in as much as possible! Remember, the 2 Gibson Soldiers that haved trained the most during this past month win prizes!

On June 21st, Howie and Matt will be fighting in Bellingham, WA. They've been training hard and we're excited to see them go to war in the ring! Come down and support the team if you can!

Rank Tests will be held the week of July 14th. Make sure you're coming in and training Gibson Soldiers. It's time to hone those skills and push yourselves!
