Hello Students !

Welcome back. New renovations and upgrades to the gym are looking great. Also our added staff to our assistant instructor program and customer relation department have allowed our business to bring our existing members even better service. New additions to our menu such as the chicken wraps and bowls have allowed our members easy access to health options while on the run. 

Longer hours are in place for the future to give you guys more options for open gyms to get some weights or cardio in. 

Feel free to stop by a grab a bite or a shake with friend or family member and watch some fights on the TV's or chat with our staff.

Big fights in the mix with Julia Gibson signing a six fight deal with Invicta fights and will be fighting this April against Fiona Muxlow from Australia. 

Mrs Gibson was offered a fight in Dream this New Years but had to turn it down , due to marrying Mr Gibson in Cuba and with enjoying their honeymoon with family. 

We would like to thank the students who organized ("Mike Mcwhirter") for the beautiful wedding gift that sits proudly in our dojo( Handcrafted native art). We love it. Just as our school has been over 17 years in business "Together we are Stronger".
