Mixed Martial Arts
The ultimate in martial arts cross training. This class focuses on all aspects of combat, everything from striking to takedowns to grappling is taught. This class will give you the confidence both standing and ground combat and will create a well-rounded martial artist.

Youth MMA
A fun yet disciplined class geared for our youth but modeled after our adult program. This class teaches both stand-up and ground MMA techniques. Youth learn the core values of the Gibson MMA system: integrity, honor, respect, discipline, loyalty and confidence while gaining practical self-defense techniques.

Boxing
A vigorous class that teaches the basics of boxing: punching, angling, head movement and footwork.

Submission Wrestling
90% of all street attacks end up on the ground. This ground only class focuses on the core techniques of grappling: Takedowns, positioning and submissions.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
This class focuses on modernized muay Thai. A student in this class will be learning the most effective method of standup self-defense by combining punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch-work.

Women’s Kickboxing/Conditioning
This class in one of the best and most effective ways to burn calories while enjoying a high energy, total-body workout. This class is always changing and incorporates boxing, kickboxing, strength and conditioning and core-work. This class will not only get you in the best shape of your life but will give you the confidence to handle the unfortunate event of an attack.

Co-ed Extreme
This class is an intense total-body conditioning class that incorporates everything from body-weight exercises to tire flips and rope climbs. It is a group class that is designed and suitable for all ages and conditioning levels. We can guarantee that your fitness level will skyrocket by adding this class into your life.
